Rules of draughts (10x10 board)

This is the starting position of the board: in the lower left corner a dark square.
White plays from bottom to top and black plays from top to bottom.
gif The squares are numbered 1 till 50. gif
White plays the first move.
An often played opening move is 32-28.
gif If a piece (man) arrives on the opposing back line, it promotes to a king.
gif
If the piece during a multiple stroke comes on the back line but also leaves the back line, it does not promote.
gif Playing backwards is not allowed with a man, but stroking backwards is. A king can move in both directions. gif
A king can move multiple squares in 1 move. After striking the last piece, the king can stop at any square in the same direction after the last taken piece. gif If a man or king is released the move is completed. If for instance the man is released after taking 2 black pieces, the 3rd piece may not be taken anymore. gif
Taking is obligatory.
But when you forget to take, you may not take back your (wrong) move. Only if your opponent tells you to do so it may be corrected. If you forget it, your opponent is not allowed to take the piece that was mistakenly not used for the strike.
gif Touching a piece is obligatory for moving it.
If you forget to strike, you may not take back. Only if your opponent tells you to strike, you may correct your move and take the strike.
gif
Multiple strike is obligatory. If you can choose between striking 2 or 3 pieces, taking 3 pieces is what you must do.
In this case taking 3 pieces with a man precedes taking 2 pieces with a king.
gif When the multiple strikes are equal you may choose between either a strike with a man or a strike with a king.
gif
The player that can not play any legal moves has lost the game.
gif When the match can't be won anymore, the game results in a draw.
gif
It is not allowed to strike over the same piece twice. gif A stroke with king or man must be completely ended before the pieces may be taken away from the board. gif
It is not allowed for audience or (fellow) players to discuss the game or give tips.
Draughts ougth to be a sporting and sociable match between 2 players.
gif Be sporting and congratulate your opponent when he or she has won. gif
